Registration is free but required for organisational purposes.

In order to register, send an email to gianluca (dot) crippa (at) unibas (dot) ch with subject "[BJSA] Registration", with your name, affiliation, and email address.

We will reserve directly an accommodation for invited speakers and for supported participants only. A list of recommended hotels in Basel will be provided soon.

Support for Young Participants

Some fundings are available for supporting the local expenses and/or the travel of young participants (master students, PhD students, PostDocs or junior faculty). In order to apply for financial support, send an email to gianluca (dot) crippa (at) unibas (dot) ch with subject "[BJSA] Support" containing:

- Name, position, affiliation and email address;
- Name and email address of a person that could give references for you;
- Whether you intend to apply for funding for the local expenses, or for the travel, or for both. In case you apply for funding for the travel, please indicate a realistic expected cost;
- Attach a short CV as pdf file (max two pages).

Deadline for requests of support is January 20, 2013. A decision will be taken soon thereafter. Please notice that, in case you will be supported, we will book directly an accommodation for you.

Note for students participating to the Swiss Doctoral Program in Mathematics of the CUSO (http://math.cuso.ch): This conference is part of the activities of the Doctoral Program, and CUSO will reimburse your participation expenses.
